Advanced Training Skills

Most trainers are aware of the process of training Tell, Show, Do.  However they often lack the people skills to motivate their trainees.  A recent set of training events were staged to enhance the training skills of recognised trainers.  The techniques used were practical and were easy to implement.

Andy Jolly of SSL International commented “all of this will help me at once in my job.  I would recommend it to any trainer”.  This event will be run again in May 2009.
