Objectives

By the end of the training the participants will be able to:

  1. Use a series of practical tools and techniques that can be used to cope with stressful situations.
  2. Identify the potential causes of stress both internally and externally and identify methods to reduce the stress levels.
  3. Develop more effective customer relationships (internal & external) that can be used to enhance the business success.
  4. Identify the sources of conflict and develop effective coping strategies to maintain a calm and professional response.
  5. Developing a practical approach for the return to work.

Method

This will be a practical course which will engage and involve the participants. Time will be spent ensuring real situations are identified and addressed.

The course will have an element of fun which will ensure the group enjoy the event and learn. Time will be spent using practical tools and techniques that can be used back at work.
